Sikh separatist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun reported that the FBI is investigating new threats against him, following an earlier foiled assassination plot. The FBI and U.S. Postal Inspection Service are involved as reports surface from Louisiana and Oklahoma, where packages with white powder prompted evacuations but caused no injuries.
