This follows the recent search of Omar’s home by ICE investigators, raising concerns about timing related to upcoming midterm elections.
A federal judge has temporarily blocked President Trump’s ban on CNN, MS NOW, and Politico from the White House, upholding the outlets’ rights to access. U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly cited potential violations of the First and Fifth Amendments, as the administration plans to appeal the ruling.
