Miller, who denies the allegations, informed Trump he intends to continue his campaign, citing supportive internal polling. Moreno seeks a restraining order against Miller, alleging abusive behaviour.
The Justice Department has sought to dismiss a class action lawsuit from Jan. 6 defendants, citing expired claims under the Federal Tort Claims Act. The department noted that the earliest claim was submitted well after the two-year deadline, making the complaints “forever barred.”
