The British billionaire is drawing up plans for a new state-of-the-art Stadium to replace Old Trafford – and rival the historic Wembley Stadium.

The plans would involve the taxpayer paying for the £2BN stadium that would be closer in capacity to Wembley’s 90,000 seats. 

Ratcliffe is seeking to build a bigger and better stadium that would rival Wembley. 

The $2bn stadium will make sense in the long run, the paper says.
