A Suffolk coroner has ruled that the unidentified “Croft Man” died from a violent assault. Found in the River Stour in 2020, radiocarbon dating indicates he was born before the 1950s and died between 2008 and 2012. Authorities have yet to establish his identity.
Daniel Sean James, 44, has been charged with murder, attempted murder, and possession of a bladed article following a double stabbing in Hayes, west London, that resulted in the death of 24-year-old Kirandeep Kaur.
