Carol Vorderman has posted a throwback video from her time before filming I’m A Celebrity in South Africa.
The new series is due to air this time next week and the 62-year-old ex-Countdown host will be returning to the ‘jungle’ – or in this case, the South African bush – alongside the likes of Paul Burrell and Amir Khan for an All-Stars special.
Having previously enjoyed a stint on Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly’s reality show back in 2016, Carol is back on our screens to give it another go.
But it wasn’t all bugs and sleeping bags, as Carol has posted a throwback video of her enjoying some yoga in what looks like a pretty plush pad in the middle of the South African wilderness while isolating there.
In it, Carol is seen rocking bright crimson gym wear as she sets up the camera and said, ‘Time for some yoga,’ with a bushy backdrop.
Also in view is a swimming pool and wooden decking in what looks like a spoiling set up.

Alongside the footage, Carol wrote: ‘YOGA… SEPTEMBER 2022 @imacelebrity 🧘🏼♀️.
‘As you know by now, I love exercising and it was amazing to have loads of time throughout isolation to work on my fitness…
‘I loved doing my yoga and weights out in the fresh South African air with all the animals around me 💪🏼.’
Everyone loved Carol’s efforts, as one person wrote: ‘I’m 59 & have recently started training again after a break, really enjoying it & your posts are inspiring & encouraging.’
Another said: ‘I’m struggling to get my trainers on! You on the other hand are absolutely on fire! 🔥🔥🔥.’
‘Keep going Carol!!’ encouraged another one of her 328k Instagram followers.

On participating in the series for the first time, in which Carol was the fifth celebrity to be evicted, she said: ‘It made me realise that I was missing many things I loved and within a short space of time after leaving the camp, I bought a little house in West Wales.
‘I love Wales and I love being out at night. I’ve got a converted van and I live a bit of a hippie life! I go paddle boarding all the time now.
‘You get to a point in life where you think everything is all a bonus. You can’t say “I will do that in 20 years’ time”.
‘It made me realise that you need to live in the now.’
