P&O Cruises left customers ‘in the cold with no food’ for hours – and no refunds
Daily Mirror says Holidaymakers who had booked a P&O Cruises holiday to the Canary Islands were left disappointed when the firm isolated them for hours without enough food, heat or seating
Up to 50 P&O Cruises customers were left stranded for hours in the cold with no food or drink – and the firm is not giving any refunds.
The incident has left some customers outraged. Despite some having been on as many as 20 P&O cruises , those interviewed by The Mirror report never wanting to set foot on the company’s ships again.
The passengers affected were due to board a P&O vessel, the Aurora, at Southampton bound for the Canary Islands on April 1 this year.
