    Flavio Briatore – lawsuit worth 13 million in compensation and counting!

    Almost 15 years after the seizure, the affair of the Force Blue, the yacht that cost Flavio Briatore a very long legal battle which ended with his definitive acquittal, marks a new, sensational chapter.

    The entrepreneur has in fact sued for damages before the court of Turin, the judges of the Court of Appeal of Genoa who authorized the sale of the yacht and the Genoese accountant who, as judicial administrator, physically took care of its sale, at the beginning of 2021.

    The tycoon is furious and wants his Yacht back and is going to get every penny back that he is owed.

    The former Formula 1 boss, 14 years after the seizure of Force Blue, sues the magistrates of the Court of Appeal of Genoa and the judicial administrator for civil liability.
