Boyfriend charged with murder over deaths of mum and three children
The Metro says a man has been charged with the murders of a mother and three children who were killed at a sleepover in Killamarsh last weekend.
The bodies of John Paul Bennett, 13, Lacey Bennett, 11, their mother Terri Harris, 35, and Lacey’s friend Connie Gent, 11, were discovered at a property in Chandos Crescent on Sunday morning.
Damien Bendall, 31, of Chandos Crescent, has been charged with their murder and remains in custody.
He is due to appear at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates’ Court in Derby on Wednesday.
