Boy, 14, charged with murder after ‘intending to rape and kill’ Lily Peters, 10, on walking trail
The Metro says a 14-year-old boy is accused of murdering Iliana ‘Lily’ Peters, 10, and leaving the home they were together in with the intent of raping and killing her, Wisconsin prosecutors say.
The US state of Wisconsin requested a $1million bond for the teenage suspect, who was arrested and charged with homicide and sexual assault in Chippewa County after his first court appearance Wednesday.
The suspect, only identified by the initials C P-B, appeared in court via video, where he was charged with three counts, including first-degree murder.
