He followed a bad smell into an abandoned building where he found the suitcase with what looked like a ‘human limb’ poking out, according to local reports.
Her body was found wrapped in cloth and placed in a bin bag inside the suitcase.
A forensic examination of her body showed no obvious injuries or signs of struggle.

Police suspect she was ‘lured’ to the location by a ‘homeless person’ authorities told The Times.
It is thought the Edinburgh native had been dead for around eight days before she was discovered.
She was described as being 5ft 4in tall with auburn hair gathered back in a bun.
She was wearing a black T-shirt and shorts but had no tattoos or other distinguishing marks.
An investigation was launched to identify the body, with fingerprints and DNA samples taken and analysed.

An Interpol office returned results to Greek police informing that the body belongs to a British woman born in February 1988.
Authorities told local media they were treating her death ‘as a criminal act, given how the body was found’.
Her father has been informed of her death as detectives try to figure out her last known movements and the people she was with.
Police will establish whether she travelled to Greece alone or with a group with the airline.
At the same time, they will see whether there was a reservation at a hotel with her details.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: ‘We are aware of the death of a Scottish woman in Athens and are liaising with authorities in Greece.
‘Officers are providing support to her family in Scotland.’
An FDCO spokesperson said: ‘Our thoughts are with Elisabeth’s family during this difficult time.
‘We are providing consular support and are in contact with the local authorities.’
