BBC reduces salary bill for its top talent by 10%
The Times says the BBC is expected to announce a 10 per cent drop in pay for its highest-earning presenters, with the number of people on £150,000 falling slightly.
Before the publication of its annual report a senior source at the corporation said it would show its “pay bill for top talent down by 10 per cent”, with other statistics that would demonstrate the commitment to reform.
