Hundreds of Pakistanis gathered outside the consulate on Sunday, despite the emirate-wide lockdown, demanding to be sent home. A critical incident has been declared at Watford General Hospital to the north of London. West Herts NHS Trust is urging people to go to other hospitals “even in an emergency”.
