Notting Hill Carnival: Eight injured in stabbings Notting Hill Carnival has seen eight men stabbed in separate incidents on Monday. Sara Sharif: Pakistan police widen search for family Police in Pakistan are widening the search for the family of Sara Sharif – the 10-year-old found dead at her Surrey home. Ulez expanded to include whole of outer London The controversial Ultra Low Emission Zone (Ulez) has expanded to include all of London’s boroughs. Ulez means drivers must pay £12.50 per day to drive non-compliant vehicles anywhere in the zone under the clean-air plan. A £160m scrappage scheme is still available for all Londoners to claim from – with a maximum of £2,000 being offered per vehicle.
