Ulez expanded to include whole of outer London The controversial Ultra Low Emission Zone (Ulez) has expanded to include all of London’s boroughs. Ulez means drivers must pay £12.50 per day to drive non-compliant vehicles anywhere in the zone under the clean-air plan.
