China: 25 dead, scores hospitalised in Shanxi building fire A fire that tore through an office building in northern China has killed at least 25 people, state media reports. The fire broke out at around 07:00 local time on Thursday in the four-storey building in Luliang City, Shanxi province. Dozens were evacuated, with 51 people taken to hospital.
