There is also coverage of the first far-right thugs that have been sentenced for their roles in the rioting and disorder we have seen over the past week – following the stabbing deaths of three young girls and misinformation about the attacker spreading rapidly online.

Polish man jailed for four months for punching Danish PM A Polish man has been sentenced to four months in jail for assaulting Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen. The incident occurred in June in Copenhagen, where the 39-year-old man, whose name has not been disclosed, punched Frederiksen on the shoulder.  In addition to his jail term, the man will be deported from Denmark and banned from entering the country for five years. State of emergency declared as Ukraine launches raid into Russia A state of emergency has been declared in Russia’s Kursk region following a rare cross-border attack by Ukrainian troops.
