Austin Butler and Zoe Kravitz are reportedly getting very close after their respective splits from Kaia Gerber and Channing Tatum.
The staggeringly good-looking pair caused temperatures to rise recently when photos of them sharing a kiss while filming for an upcoming thriller made the rounds online.
Supermodel Kaia, 23, and Austin, 33, started dating in 2022 and broke up in late 2024, with sources close to the couple telling TMZ: ‘The relationship just simply ran its course after a good three years together.’
Zoe, 36, and Channing, 44, split in October 2024 after three years together and a year-long engagement.
The Hollywood couple first met on her directorial debut film, Blink Twice, and quickly became inseparable – until things went sour.
Multiple sources confirmed to People that the couple had called it quits after three years but with no further details as to why they had split.
Now, it seems that both Austin and Zoe may be moving on from their former flames.
A source close to the co-stars recently told The Sun: ‘Austin and Zoe have been spending time together over the past few weeks.
‘They get on very well and their chemistry is as good off-screen as it is on it. Austin and Zoe have been keeping it under the radar and aren’t putting a label on anything yet.
‘They are both very respectful of their ex-partners and are just seeing how things go.’
The pair will play the romantic leads in the upcoming crime thriller Caught Stealing, which comes out later this year.
In October, Austin and Zoe got hot and heavy as they filmed a scene in New York, leading many to wonder if their obvious chemistry might translate to an offscreen connection.
Directed by Darren Aronofsky and starring Regina King, Vincent D’Onofrio, Matt Smith, and Bad Bunny – as well as Zoe and Austin – the film is based on the book of the same name by Charlie Huston.
The plot follows former a baseball player – played by Austin – as he finds himself immersed in the criminal underworld in New York in the 1990s.
Prior to her romance with Channing, Big Little Lies star Zoë, had been single since filing for divorce from husband Karl Glusman in December 2020.
It has been reported that before her first marriage, she dated American actor Ben Foster from 2007 until 2008 and was rumoured to be romantically linked to Ezra Miller in 2010 and Chris Pine three years later.
Austin dated High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens for nine years prior to his romance with Kaia.
