Ashley Tisdale is being sued over a car crash that allegedly caused a woman to rack up $140,000 (£110,800) in medical expenses and ‘severe injuries’.
Lina Gonzales claims she suffered injuries during a crash that took place in September 2022.
Gonzales is arguing that Hollywood star Tisdale, 38, caused the Hollywood Boulevard collision.
A lawyer for Gonzales insists she was waiting to make a left turn when Tisdale changed lanes and hit her car.
Legal documents seen by TMZ claim that as a result of the crash, Gonzales has faced ‘wage loss, medical expenses and loss of love and protection’.
Gonzales is now seeking damages and her lawyer shared his side of the story with the outlet, also alleging Tisdale ‘called his client names’ and ‘made a big fuss about the situation’.

Gonzales’ lawyer Michael R. Parker went on to claim that the crash caused his client ‘severe neck and back injuries resulting in $140k in medical expenses’.
Parker has demanded $600,000 (£475,000) from Tisdale, but the ask was rejected.
Tisdale’s representative told the outlet ‘there was no aggressiveness or words exchanged from Ashley following the crash’.
The actress is best known for starring in High School Musical and recently melted hearts when she posted a photo of Oscar-nominated actor Austin Butler spending time with her young daughter.

Butler could be seen splashing around in a swimming pool with little Jupiter in a photo shared by Tisdale back in July.

But sadly, Elvis star Butler wasn’t around when she welcomed her little girl in 2021 because he was away filming that very movie, although doting mum Tisdale’s proved they’ve wasted no time bonding.
She captioned her snap: ‘Spent the day with Uncle Austin.’
