No Time To Die: The verdict on Billie Eilish’s James Bond theme
BBC News says Billie Eilish, 18, has delivered a dramatic, unsettling ballad that hints the new James Bond plot will centre around 007’s betrayal. Her lyrics reference lies and deceit, as Eilish sings: “You were never on my side.”
Eilish is the youngest singer to ever record a theme for the franchise, and if past Bond singers are anything to go by, it could see her win an Oscar. The song was released at the same time as a new trailer for the film, starring Daniel Craig.
The song opens with a haunting piano motif, with the star’s voice weary as she sings, “I should have known I’d leave alone.”
A familiar tremolo guitar ushers in the chorus, where the singer develops her theme: “I’ve fallen for a lie… Are you death or paradise?”
“Now you’ll never see me cry,” she sings. “There’s just no time to die.”

Robert Pattinson’s Batman costume revealed in an official video
ScreenRant says Robert Pattinson’s Batsuit has been officially revealed in a new video by director Matt Reeves. Production on The Batman kicked off a few weeks back in London, and fans have been given a tiny glimpse into Pattinson’s take on the caped crusader.
While the cast for The Batman has been revealed, the look and feel of the new film has been a big mystery with teases ranging from Reeves posting images from Adam West’s Batman ‘66 to R-Patz more brutal, less heroic take on the character.
The new Bat-suit leans into the grounded, armoured take on the suit ( similar to the Arkham Games). Fans will be excited to hear a sample of some music from composer Micheal Giacchino in the video.
