    Eighty-four dogs rescued from poor conditions in Tickhill find new homes

    Ten of the 84 dogs rescued from a property in Tickhill, near Doncaster, South Yorkshire, have now found new owners. The dogs were discovered living in poor conditions, prompting an RSPCA investigation, and three individuals from Doncaster will be sentenced for their neglect on December 9.

    A total of 74 dogs remain in the care of the RSPCA after the rescue on April 18 last year. Three individuals from Doncaster are scheduled for sentencing on December 9 for their neglect of the animals involved in the case.

    Ten of the 84 dogs rescued from neglect have now been rehomed, with adopters expressing joy and attachment to their new pets. Meanwhile, three individuals will face sentencing on 9 December for their role in the animals’ neglect following an RSPCA investigation.

    What remains unclear — The details regarding the sentencing of the three individuals involved in the neglect of the animals are not specified.

    Ten of the 84 dogs discovered living in squalor in the same house have now found new owners.

    The underweight animals, including 80 Springer Spaniels and four Patterdale Terriers, were rescued after being found in shocking conditions.

    They had to be nursed back to health and taught how to walk on a lead after being found in shocking conditions.

    A massive rescue took place on April 18 last year in the town of Tickhill, near Doncaster, South Yorkshire.

    It was discovered that the dogs had been living in a property caked in dog excrement and dirt.

    Now, almost two years after the rescue, many of the dogs have found new loving homes.

    One of the youngest dogs – called Polly – has been taken in by Lisa Marchant, of Hull, East Yorkshire.

    ‘Polly is high on life; everything is wonderful to her,’ Lisa said.

    ‘She’s such a smart girl and is absolutely bonkers for a ball. She’s brilliant with my children, our cat, Joy, and everyone who meets her.’

    Keira Kirkup, of Chester-le-Street, Co Durham had adopted Fifi, and said: ‘She still has anxious moments and isn’t keen on certain things, like saucepans being brought out of a cupboard.

    ‘She’ll also try and eat any bits of rubbish she sees lying on the floor.’

    Joanna Baldwin, of Southport, Merseyside has given a home to Darcy and said: ‘She’s come so far. She’s so affectionate and a joy to be around.’

    Others include Sprite being adopted by Sue and Jason Kairies, in Lichfield, Staffordshire, and Mac is now in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, living with a couple called Georgia and Ben.

    Three people from Doncaster will be sentenced on December9for their neglect of the animals after an RSPCA investigation.
