Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster have made their red carpet debut as a couple.
Hugh Jackman and his girlfriend, Sutton Foster, made their first red-carpet appearance as a couple on Sunday night, following his divorce from ex-wife Deborra-Lee Furness.
The Greatest Showman actor, 57, was joined by his theatre actress partner, 50, at the premiere of his latest film Song Song Blue at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles last night.
The couple dressed in black, with Sutton opting for a simple black silk gown, while Hugh wore a plain black suit with a white shirt.
Hugh placed his hand behind the star’s back as they smiled for the cameras and laughed together.
This marks the first time the couple has made a red carpet appearance together, two years on from Hugh announcing his divorce from wife Deborra Lee Furness.
The couple split in 2023 after 27 years of marriage, confirming in a joint statement: ‘Our journey now is shifting and we have decided to separate to pursue our individual growth.’

The appearance comes two years after Hugh announced his separation from his wife.
On May 28, 2025, just days after Furness officially filed for divorce from Jackman in New York, she released a statement that spoke about ‘betrayal’.
‘My heart and compassion goes out to everyone who has traversed the traumatic journey of betrayal,’ she began.
‘It’s a profound wound that cuts deep, however, I believe in a higher power and that God/the universe, whatever you relate to as your guidance, is always working FOR us.’
She then specifically spoke about her 27-year marriage to Jackman, saying: ‘This belief has helped me navigate the breakdown of an almost three-decade marriage.
‘I have gained much knowledge and wisdom through this experience. Even when we are presented with apparent adversity, it is leading us to our greatest good, our true purpose.
‘It can hurt, but in the long run, returning to yourself and living within your own integrity, values and boundaries is liberation and freedom,’ she said in her lengthy statement to The Daily Mail.

It was reported that Hugh was ‘disappointed’ by her comments.
‘Hugh was extremely disappointed after reading what his ex had said,’ an insider told MailOnline.
‘There was no stipulation that she could not address this, but there was an unwritten understanding that she would not trash him to the press.’
‘She got around this by not naming him – instead focusing on how she felt.
‘Hugh knows that he cannot change anything, and it is unfortunate that Deb feels the way she did given the fact that he caved in to all of her divorce requests.’
The couple has appeared on red carpets previously as coworkers.
16 months after Hugh’s separation announcement, the star seemed to confirm his romance with Sutton as he was seen watching her on stage in Once Upon a Mattress in Los Angeles’ Ahmanson Theatre in January 2025.
Later that evening, the pair were snapped holding hands and having what appeared to be a dinner date.
Sutton was also recently separated, having filed for divorce from her husband of 10 years, Screenwriter Ted Griffin, in October 2024.
It is thought that the couple first met after starring in the Broadway show, The Music Man, together in 2022.
