While much of the focus in the Middle East remains on Syria today, fighting and Israeli strikes continue in the enclave.
We brought you news earlier that more than 30 people had been killed after Israeli forces allegedly opened fire.
Aid points and distribution centres have been a flash point in recent weeks, seeing hundreds of Palestinian deaths according to the UN after Israeli fire.
Our correspondent Lisa Holland reports from Jerusalem.
She said sources in Gaza told her “tens of thousands of people” were waiting for aid in the early hours of this morning, before more than 30 people were killed.
“These people were kind of pushing forward, trying to get to the aid site when an Israeli tank opened fire,” she said.
‘Chaos in an overwhelmed hospital’
She also reported on the overwhelmed hospitals in the aftermath.
At one, a man came in, carrying a child he didn’t know who was injured near the aid point.
However, the young boy died from his injuries.
One eyewitness told us: “There were dead people everywhere, with no one to pick them up.”
