Explosion in a house in Sassi, in the municipality of Molazzana (Lucca) in Garfagnana: two people are being sought. Around midnight the house collapsed, probably due to a gas leak. Firefighters, paramedics, mountain rescue and Carabinieri were on site. The firefighters have put out the flames and the intervention is still underway. Rescuers are removing the rubble by hand. The house is located in an isolated area, outside the town: it was purchased a few years ago by a couple who it is feared could have been inside at the time of the explosion. Mayor Andrea Talani was also on site.
