Turkey attack latest: At least 5 dead in terror attack in Turkey
Turkey suffered a suspected terrorist attack today in which at least 5 people have been killed and a further 22 people injured.
- Today, gunmen set off an explosion and opened fire in an attack on a Turkish defence company building on the outskirts of the capital, Ankara
- At last five are confirmed dead and 22 injured
- In addition to the five killed, two attackers (reportedly a male and female) were “neutralised” by police
- It’s not clear if more people were involved
- Not yet clear who was behind the attack with no group claiming responsibility
- Turkish ministers have suggested it’s “highly likely” that Kurdish militant group PKK are behind it
- Investigations are ongoing
