Seven new lawsuits filed against P Diddy
Seven new civil lawsuits have been filed against music mogul Sean Combs aka P Diddy in a New York federal court. Four men and three women accuse Combs of sexually assaulting them during parties held in Los Angeles, New York, and Las Vegas. One of the plaintiffs was just 13 years old at the time of the alleged incident.
Currently held in a Brooklyn jail, Combs is also facing federal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, which he has denied. His legal team has dismissed the latest lawsuits, describing them as “clear attempts to garner publicity” and maintaining that “Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.”
The new lawsuits claim that Combs or his associates drugged the plaintiffs’ drinks at these events, causing them to feel disoriented, nauseous, and disconnected from their bodies. Several plaintiffs allege they were raped, forced into oral sex, or physically assaulted by Combs.
The new cases allege:
- One alleges Combs and another male celebrity raped a 13-year-old girl at an after-party for the 2000 VMAs.
- A second alleges Combs drugged an independent musical artist at a party and raped her. She says she woke up in pain and with imprints on her arms suggesting she had been tied with ropes while she was unconscious.
- A third says Combs exposed himself to a man and then grabbed the man’s genitals in a “rough” and “sexual” manner.
- A fourth case involves a celebrity personal trainer, who Combs allegedly assaulted at a party in 2022. The trainer says he saw many high-profile celebrities engaging in group sexual activities at the party, where he was later brought into a small room with Combs, who removed the personal trainer’s pants and performed “non-consensual oral sex onto him”.
- The seventh case, as reported by US media, was a 17-year-old aspiring musician who alleges he was assaulted at a party by Mr Combs.
