Incredible moment Jon Bon Jovi talks ‘distraught’ woman off bridge
Footage has captured the moment Jon Bon Jovi helped talk a ‘distraught’ woman off the ledge of a bridge in Nashville.
The Livin’ On A Prayer singer, 62, was filming a music video near Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge where he rescued a woman in distress.
In a video released by Nashville police, Bon Jovi and a production assistant were seen approaching a woman who had stepped over the bridge’s railings.
The rock icon and the crew member appeared to comfort the woman, who was wearing a blue T-shirt, by softly touching her back.
After a short conversation, the pair managed to coax the woman back to safety and helped lift her over the railings to the walkway.
Once the woman was no longer on the ledge, Bon Jovi gave her a hug and walked with her to the end of the bridge.
