SNL star issues grovelling apology to Hollywood icon decades after ‘offensive’ sketch

Sharon Stone has reflected on her stint hosting Saturday Night Live, as Dana Carvey apologized for one very controversial skit.

The Sliver actress took over presenting duties for the popular program in 1992, shortly after her blockbuster film, Basic Instinct, hit the big screen.
