Nottingham attacks: Triple killer given hospital order
BBC News says Valdo Calocane, who killed three people in “frenzied and relentless” attacks in Nottingham, has been told he is likely to spend the rest of his life in a high-security hospital.
He was given a hospital order after admitting manslaughter on the basis of diminished responsibility.
Barnaby Webber and Grace O’Malley-Kumar, both 19, were fatally stabbed on 13 June 2023 along with Ian Coates, 65.
But Mr Webber’s mother said “true justice has not been served”.
