Financial Times – Hinkley Point C nuclear power plant delayed until 2029 as costs spiral to £46bn
Britain’s flagship Hinkley Point C nuclear power plant has been pushed back again until 2029 at the earliest, according to the Financial Times. The paper says it could end up costing twice the initial budget.
Elsewhere, the photo at the top of the Financial Times catches the eye as the paper reflects on the deaths of 21 Israeli soldiers – the worst single incident for the IDF since its offensive began in October.
