Holly Willoughby has been seen publically for the first time since leaving This Morning.

The TV personality, 42, presented the flagship programme for over a decade with Phillip Schofield, with the duo winning a National Television Award for best daytime show 13 years in a row.

However things came to a crashing end this year when Phillip first left the show after admitting to lying about an affair with a young runner.

Holly then left weeks later after it was revealed she was the planned victim of a horrific plot to kidnap and murder her.

The mum-of-three has been keeping an extremely low profile since the horrifying details of the plot was revealed, and has now been spotted out and about for the first time since her departure in October.

Holly was snapped hanging out with friends and her husband Dan Baldwin in Barnes, south London ahead of Christmas Day, relaxing and getting a few last-minute bits in.

It’s been a difficult few months for the star, who is said to be in a ‘state’ over deciding whether to return to Dancing On Ice (Picture: GoffPhotos.com)

The star appeared relaxed as she left a cinema, spotted carrying shopping bags and what appeared to be a Santa Claus-themed item, and one of her group was clasping a bottle of wine.

Holly wore a warm tan coat on top a blouse and bright pink cropped trousers, aa pale pink handbag over her shoulder

Her trademark platinum blonde hair was lifted by the wind as she strode down the street with her pals, chatting eagerly.

It comes amid major rumours over who could be replacing Holly and Phil on Dancing On Ice, which is due to start early next year and had been hosted by the duo up until last year.

While Holly hasn’t announced she’s leaving the show, she is said to be ‘in a right state’ over the decision on whether to return, or to leave a vacancy.

A source told Mail Online: ‘She absolutely loves ITV, she is loyal to them, and they have been extremely loyal to her, but she’s just not sure if she can do it.

‘Holly doesn’t want to let anyone down. It is literally the toughest decision for her. I mean, what do you do? It starts in a few weeks, she knows that. It’s a huge quandary.’

They added that it was a ‘hard commitment to make’ as she was ‘worried, she’s terrified and it is absolutely awful for her’.

It’s said the star is ‘not in a good place’ as she reels from the kidnap plot, with the man accused of being behind the plot, security officer Gavin Plumb, 36, recently pleading not guilty to the charges.

The defendant is accused of planning to assemble a ‘kidnap and restraint kit’ and encouraging a third party to travel to the UK to carry out the alleged offences.

He has a trial date fixed for June 24 next year and has been denied bail.
