Kim Kardashian has won the prize for the most unexpected Christmas present of 2023, and it’s highly likely you’ll be able to guess what it was.

Also, for some who are a little squeamish, it might not quite be your cup of tea.

However, reality star Kim, 43, seemed delighted with the gift, sharing it among her haul of PR festive presents she was showing off on her Instagram Stories on Saturday night.

Alongside Buxom make-up, skincare from Bio-Oil and packages from the likes of Victoria Beckham, Disney and sister Khloe Kardashian’s Good American brand, the mum-of-four revealed… a sculpture of her brain.

The intricate silver model appeared to be life-size and was mounted on a clear Perspex stand, and Kim explained how the present had come to be.

‘So how cool is this? The Prenuvo people made me a sculpture of my brain – this is, like, my actual brain,’ she said as she panned around the model.

Unsurprisingly, Kim was also gifted a lot of other festive presents, but this one stood out among the sea of make-up, skincare and clothes (Picture: Getty)

She then filmed her desktop monitor, which showed a 3D scan of her brain, continuing: ‘So this is a full video of my brain on a screen, and it explains everything about it and I’m just so grateful – I think it’s really cool that the Prenuvo team did this and [it] explains all different parts of your brain.’

‘Very cool Christmas present from @prenuvo,’ she added in a caption written at the bottom.

Prenuvo is a US company that provides whole body, radiation-free MRI scans to help patients to focus on early detection of over 500 cancers and diseases.

Kim’s preparations for the festive season have stayed true to her usual minimalist style for Christmas and New Year this time around, with the aspiring lawyer giving fans a glimpse of the winter wonderland she’s built inside her Los Angeles home.

For the TV star, that made everything was shades of beige and white (as usual), with her nod to the season ignoring any dashes of bold colour.

She did, however, go all out in terms of scale, lining her hallway with snow-covered pine trees, as well as dotting them about elsewhere in the house – basically, it’s a magical forest, which of course lights up in (tasteful) gold.
