ITV has axed a popular celebrity comedy show, we can confirm.
Hosted by Love Island narrator Iain Stirling, CelebAbility aired for an impressive seven series.
However, it will not return.
CelebAbility first hit our screens in 2017 and 52 episodes aired in total.
It featured a whole host of celebrity guests in its time, including Stacey Solomon and Scarlett Moffatt.
Series 7 also starred comedian Katherine Ryan, Big Brother presenter Will Best, I’m A Celebrity’s Snoochie Sky, and Towie’s Pete Wicks as guest team captains.

The format of the ITV2 game show saw celebs from the world of entertainment take on a team of friends in a series of physical, light-hearted challenges.
Each contested round was based on some sort of talent or skill that the stars claimed to possess.
Those who qualified for the final round then had to answer a number of questions successfully in order to win a cash prize.
Following reports that the show had been scrapped, an ITV spokesperson told Metro.co.uk: ‘There are no current plans for another series’.
However, the channel has assured that the show has been ‘very successful’.
This comes after reports that the reason it was scrapped was due to it being ‘tired’.

ITV has assured the show was not ‘dated’ (Picture: ITV/Gary Moyes/REX/Shutterstock)
The Sun previously reported that CelebAbility was branded ‘dated’ by bosses, claiming this was the reason they decided it wasn’t worth bringing back.
An insider the publication: ‘CelebAbility had a decent run, but ultimately the format was a bit tired and celeb panel shows can feel dated.
‘Bosses are always keen to try new ideas and invest in fresh telly projects, it’s time for a change and Iain isn’t short of work.’
Indeed, Scottish presenter Iain – who started off on CBBC – has plenty of jobs keeping him busy.
Next year, the star will take to the stage with his stand-up comedy tour, RELEVANT, performing across the UK.

Things are also pretty rosy in his personal life, as Iain is all loved up with ex-Love Island host Laura Whitmore.
Having previously worked together on the hit dating show – which Iain started narrating in 2015 – Iain and Laura are a Love Island success story of their own, having married in 2020 and welcoming a daughter named Stevie Re.
Reps for Iain Stirling have been contacted for comment.
