Mila Kunis makes shocking claim about Danny Masterson in unearthed footage that leaves people horrified

Mila Kunis claimed Danny Masterson offered to pay Ashton Kutcher money to ‘French kiss her’ on the set of That 70s Show when she was just 14.

Unearthed footage of Kunis and Kutcher – who are now married and 40 and 45 respectively – appearing on The Rosie O’Donnell show in 2002 has started doing the social media rounds after they were criticised for publicly supporting Masterson last week.

On September 7, their former co-star was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison, after being found guilty of two counts of forcible rape.

It emerged shortly afterward that Kunis and Kutcher shared statements on his behalf ahead of his sentencing.

In the wake of the backlash, the A-list couple apologised for sending letters of support in Masterson’s rape trial.

But that hasn’t stopped people digging around for old clips of the That 70s Show cast, and in one shared on Twitter over the weekend, a then 19-year-old Kunis tells O’Donnell about a time her and Kutcher’s characters had to ‘make out’.

Kunis was just 14 when filming the scene in question and claimed that Masterson told Kutcher: ‘Dude, I’ll give you $10 if you French kiss her.’

Kunis added: ‘I never kissed a guy… I was a 14-year-old little girl and I was extremely scared for my life.’

Kutcher could be heard saying: ‘You’re making it sound like it was really bad. We [him and Masterson] had a little side bet going.’

He added: ‘We’re kissing on the show, we’re boyfriend and girlfriend, we would use tongue, right Rosie?’

O’Donnell fired back: ‘It depends what kind of an actor you are.’

The old footage didn’t sit well with Twitter users, with one person writing: ‘Absolutely disgusting! And horrifying!’ while another echoed, ‘This interview is horrific.’

Other comments included: ‘Sickening,’ ‘Yikes’ and ‘I want to vomit.’

Last week, 47-year-old Masterson was charged with raping three women at his Hollywood Hills home, between 2001 and 2003 – allegations he denied.

He was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison over the charges, and will not be eligible for parole until he is 77.

In total, 50 stars and close friends of Masterson’s wrote to the judge sentencing him, with Kutcher describing him as a ‘role model’.

Kunis, meanwhile, vouched for his ‘exceptional character’.

The couple came under intense fire for their actions and quickly addressed the criticism in a video.

In a statement shared to Instagram, Kutcher began: ‘We are aware of the pain that has been caused by the character letters that we wrote on behalf of Danny Masterson.’

Kunis then said: ‘We support all victims.

‘We have done this historically through all our work and will continue to do so in the future.’

Explaining the meaning behind their letters, Kutcher added: ‘A couple of months ago, Danny’s family reached out to us and they asked us to write character letters to represent the person that we knew for 25 years so that the judge could take that into full consideration relative to the sentencing.’

Kutcher also said their letters were in no way meant to ‘re-traumatise’ the victims.

‘The letters were not written to question the legitimacy of the judicial system or the validity of a jury’s ruling,’ Kunis added.

‘They were intended for the judge to read,’ stated Kutcher. ‘And not to undermine the testimonies of the victims or re-traumatise them in any way. We never want to do that.’

‘We’re sorry that that has taken place,’ he added as Kunis nodded.

‘Our hearts go out to every single person who’s ever been a victim of sexual assault, sexual abuse, or rape,’ she concluded.

Other people who are known to have sent letters of support for Masterson include actress Debra Jo Rupp and actor Kurtwood Smith, who played Kitty and Red Forman on That ‘70s Show.

Letters were also submitted by Smith’s brother-in-law, actor William Baldwin, and brother/sister actors Giovanni and Marissa Ribisi.

Metro.co.uk has reached out to Kutcher and Kunis’ reps for comment.
