Feathers are set to be ruffled in tonight’s episode of Love Island after spoilers revealed Zachariah Noble kisses Molly Marsh in a challenge.

Tension has been brewing in the Majorcan villa over the past few days, with three boys – Zachariah, Mitchel Talyor, and Sammy Root – all vying for the musical theatre performer from Doncaster.

But friction is about to reach fever pitch in this evening’s dose of the ITV2 dating show when Zachariah makes a move on Molly despite being coupled up with Catherine Agbaje.

It all kicks off when the islanders are lined up to play Absolute Bankers.

Heading over to the challenge area with the boys kitted out in suits, they are transported to the world of Wall Street.

Zachariah also presents Molly with a bouquet of flowers… right in front of his current partner Catherine (Picture: ITV)

First up, they emerge from a giant bank vault and rip off their banking clothes, then it’s over to the money machine where they grab as much Love Island cash as possible, and stuff it into their money pouch.

Next, the boys deposit their cash on the weighing scales, to see which gift they can buy for the girl of their choice, before deciding who to kiss.

When it’s Zachariah’s turn, he chooses to kiss Molly, instead of Catherine. With his fellow Islanders left shocked, how will Catherine and Mitchel react?

Molly’s romance drama is beginning to frustrate fans, with many begging producers to devote more scenes to other cast members on Saturday.

She is currently in a somewhat turbulent couple with Mitchel, which is currently on the rocks.

Elsewhere in tonight’s chapter, Sammy pulls Molly for a chat and tells her: ‘At the end of the day, I don’t wanna come across way in your face, but at the same time, I don’t wanna waste my time.’

She replies: ‘I’m not closing myself off, I’m not doing that because it’s way too early, so you don’t have to think I’m out of bounds, because I’m not.’

The next morning, Zachariah also decides to come clean to Molly about how he’s feeling and admits: ‘I feel like I needed to say something right now, I’m definitely just trying to put myself out there right now, I’m definitely thinking about you.’

During Thursday’s episode, she was seen breaking down in tears over whether to stick with Mitchel or pursue bombshell Zachariah.

In a heart-to-heart with Ruchee Gurung, she expressed she felt bad Mitchel was ‘closed off’ to other islanders but wanted to ‘talk’ to Zachariah more.

In the preview for Sunday’s episode, Mitchel was seen confronting Molly around the pool, telling her: ‘I don’t want to give you the energy I think you deserve when you’re not going to give me the reciprocation back.

Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
