Helen Skelton has revealed who her biggest competition is on Strictly Come Dancing – and her answer wasn’t who people expected.
The former Blue Peter presenter is partnered with Spanish pro Gorka Marquez this series, and the pair are yet to find themselves in the bottom two, earning enough public votes last week to sail through to week five.
Helen, who danced a paso doble last week and scored 29 points, will tackle the Charleston this weekend and has been training hard, with both her and Gorka admitting the competition is tough this year.
However, there’s one celebrity who she’s got her eye on as her biggest competitor – Tony Adams.
The former Arsenal player has won the hearts of the nation with partner Katya Jones over recent weeks.
He may have started off as one of the more jokey acts, but the football icon has started receiving positive feedback from the judges and Strictly viewers clearly love him.

Appearing on The One Show on Friday, Countryfile star Helen was quizzed on who she reckons might go all the way.
‘Tony Adams,’ she replied in a heartbeat, as silence fell across the studio.
Presenters Alex Jones and Ronan Keating had confused expressions on their faces, but Helen was adamant.
‘No, you’re saying that like it’s a bad thing. Tony Adams came in as the “comedy” but he is brilliant,’ she said seriously, with partner Gorka agreeing.
‘He’s so good!’, Helen declared, while Alex reasoned: ‘Last week, to be fair, he was good.’

Gorka – whose previous celeb partners include the likes of Alexandra Burke and Katie McGlynn – had a more diplomatic answer, though, as he praised the show for having such a high standard for series 20.
‘Do you know what, this year, it’s not a cliché, but this year, everybody is so good,’ he said.
‘The level is so equal that we don’t really know what’s gonna happen any week so everybody needs to be ready, and ready to go, because it’s a show and it’s a very good level this year.’
Helen and Gorka will be serving us serious nostalgia this week as they dance to the Blue Peter theme tune for the BBC centenary special.

Other couples will dance to theme songs from iconic BBC show’s, such as Casualty and Doctor Who, in honour of 100 years of the broadcaster.
Gorka has been working on getting his partner to have some more ‘self-belief’ over the competition as she takes part following her split from husband of eight years, Richie Myler.
