Britney Spears claims father Jamie ‘took $36,000,000 during conservatorship’ as she issues cease and desist to sister Jamie Lynn
The Metro says Britney Spears’ father Jamie ‘took $36million (£26million)’ during her conservatorship, according to new legal documents, with the star’s lawyer hoping that $6million (£4million) will be returned to her.
In documents obtained by TMZ, Britney’s lawyer claims that Jamie took part in self-dealing, financial and business mismanagement during the 13-year conservatorship, which was terminated in November.
He claims that Jamie earned $6million that he did not have a right to, and is hoping that, at the hearing on January 19, the judge will order him to pay the sum back.
