Sarah Ferguson could be called to give evidence in Prince Andrew lawsuit
The Daily Express says SARAH FERGUSON could be called to give evidence in the Prince Andrew civil case, according to reports.
Virginia Giuffre, 38, has launched a civil case against Prince Andrew in New York and claims the Duke of York sexually assaulted her three times. The Duke of York denies all the allegations. On Wednesday, a US judge said a civil trial could take place late next year.
Giuffre’s lawyer David Boies said he would seek to depose between eight and 12 people including two British citizens.
The Duke of York’s lawyer Andrew Brettler said he would be seeking a similar number of depositions.
