The Sun says GIGI Hadid and Zayn Malik have reportedly broken up.
The split comes after the model’s “very protective” mom Yolanda claimed the singer “hit her.”
A source close to the Hadid family told PEOPLE on Thursday: “They are not together right now. They are both good parents though.
“They co-parent. Yolanda is of course very protective of Gigi. She wants the best for her daughter and grandchild.”
The model’s rep also told the outlet: “Gigi is solely focused on the best for Khai. She asks for privacy during this time.”
