The Times – Get back to the office, ministers order staff

The Times says there is a plan for a “big push” to get civil servants back in the office from next month. One government department – which did not want to be named “amid fears of a revolt” – is likely to order staff to work from the office at least three days a week from October, the paper says. The paper quotes an unnamed cabinet minister who says: “People will find that those who get on in life are those who turn up to work.”
