Binmen sacked after being filmed fighting shoppers in the street

The Metro says two binmen have been sacked for fighting pedestrians in a town centre during an extraordinary rampage in their orange overalls.

One of the men was knocked out, but he picked himself back up to join his colleague in launching chairs across Chatham high street in Kent.

Reports suggest they had been on a two-day bender after England’s 2-0 quarter-final win over Ukraine on Saturday night.
