Terrorism fear as UK troops forced to leave Afghanistan
The Times says the terrorism threat may increase after coalition troops withdraw from Afghanistan but Britain was left with no choice after the US decided to pull out, the defence secretary has said.
Ben Wallace said that the US decision had left Britain and other Nato allies in a “very difficult position to continue that mission”.
