Covid travel: Couple brand travel company Tui ‘cruel’ for refusing to refund £8,000 pandemic cancelled honeymoon to Crete
The i says a family who paid more than £8,000 for a holiday to Crete cancelled because of the Covid-19 pandemic have called travel company Tui “cruel” for refusing to refund them.
Anna Webb and her fiancé Aled Williams booked the dream holiday as their honeymoon and were planning to go after getting married last summer along with Anna’s children Heulyn, 10, and Arwen, six.
