Ryanair passengers ‘in tears’ as 31 people are turned away from flight to Spain
The Express Online says Ryanair passengers were “left in tears” after being turned away from their flight to Spain – because they didn’t have the right travel documents.
They say 31 people were told they could not go on their pre-booked to Malaga, Spain, as they had no proof of Spanish residency – which, at the time, was required by the Spanish government for people to travel to the country. One passenger said he is now £350 out of pocket and fears he won’t be able to get a refund.
