The Daily Mirror: 7 more ministers resign as Boris Johnson has refused to quit despite a delegation of Cabinet ministers descending on No10 to tell him his time as PM is up, as dozens of MPs continue to resign

Boris Johnson has been hit by six more resignations this morning as the desperate PM clings to power.

Northern Ireland Minister Brandon Lewis became the 47th Tory MP to quit when he announced he had resigned this morning, he was quickly followed by Exchequer Secretary to the Treasury Helen Whately and Security Minister Damien Hinds.
