Gladiators is tragically not going to be on tonight, and fans are more than a little disappointed.
The latest episode of Gladiators season two has been pulled from the schedule on BBC One tonight.
Originally running from 1992 to 2000, Gladiators was hosted by Ulrika Jonsson on ITV, and now sees father-son duo Bradley and Barney Walsh at the helm.
The rebooted TV series isn’t set to finish until April – so fans are baffled as to why there isn’t an episode lined up for March 29.
Why is Gladiators not on tonight?
The reason behind this change in schedule is because of the FA Cup and quarter-final fixture between Brighton and Nottingham Forest.
The show announced earlier this week: ‘We’re back on your TV screens Saturday 5th April, when our Semi-Finals conclude 💥 In the meantime, catch up on every episode so far on @bbciplayer! #Gladiators.’

Fans were devastated by this announcement, with many unsure they could wait until April for a new episode.
‘No Apollo for 2 weeks? Noooo 😢,’ said donna1g1 on Instagram.
‘Get rid of the football. Gladiators is better!’ said kevsieboy.
‘I’m even more sad because Gladiators isn’t on tonight just because of stupid football,’ said amiemance.
‘What are we supposed to do without Sabre Saturdays??’ said mitchraf86.
When will Gladiators return?
The series is set to return in a week’s time on April 5 at 5.50pm.
The series is the tenth episode of season two and will be the end of the semi-finals
The episode synopsis reads: ‘Bradley and Barney Walsh return to host the all-action competition, as another set of contenders take on the Gladiators in five brutal events before they face the Eliminator.’

Which contenders are in the final?
Already confirmed to appear in the final is Amanda, a gym owner from Warrington, and Joe F from Scarborough.
The tenth episode of the season will determine who else will be in the final, but it’s between Mus and Nathan, and Zavia and Aneila.
When does Gladiators finish?
The grand final will air on April 12 and conclude the epic season, which has gripped fans.
The final episode will be the eleventh in the series, where one of the contenders will be crowned champion.
