- Kate Garraway and Niko Omilana are tied for banishment, each receiving three votes, with Kate’s dramatic reactions and Niko’s coffin stunt raising suspicion among contestants.
- Stephen Fry and Celia Imrie are seen as potential murder targets due to their influence and sharp gameplay, making them threats to the Traitors.
- Jonathan Ross’s slip regarding his shield raises suspicion, potentially jeopardising his position as a Traitor, while internal conflicts among Traitors could lead to unexpected outcomes.
Who will be the next to leave Celebrity Traitors? Theories revealed

Last week’s Celebrity Traitors ended on quite the cliffhanger – with Kate Garraway facing banishment as the net tightened.
Kate and YouTube prankster Niko Omilana found themselves in the hot seat after an eventful day in Andross Castle, following the ‘murder’ of singer Paloma Faith by celebrity pal (and Traitor!) Alan Carr.
The Faithful had been shocked as host Claudia Winkleman announced that Paloma had been murdered in plain sight – and were left reeling as the coffin lid was slammed shut before them, and the Monster singer transferred into her waiting grave.
As her fellow contestants searched for those responsible, Kate and Niko both emerged as prime suspects – with three votes apiece as the episode ended.
For Kate, it was her over-dramatic reactions that landed her in hot water, while Niko invited suspicion as one of the three coffin victims.
But who will the Faithful (and Traitors) choose to banish? And who’s in danger of being murdered next?

Having tied with Niko at three votes to banish, Good Morning Britain host Kate’s fate currently hangs in the balance.
‘I think it’s Kate Garraway. She sounded so different, like she was playing a part,’ said RosyPosyKitteh on X.
‘Kate Garraway looks doomed!’ wrote MichaelHogan.
‘Kate is vulnerable. Nico put up a good argument,’ agreed KateEllie.

Also tied at three votes is YouTuber Niko, who some accused of putting himself in the coffin as a Traitor, to throw the Faithful off the scent.
‘Poor Niko I fear!’ exclaimed X user Bernade12155211.
‘Think its going to be Niko 🫠🥹💔,’ a devastated harryclarky_ speculated.
‘Niko. As OP said he’s not at the heavyweight class of some of the rest which makes him an easy kill,’ said gadarnol.
However, one saving grace is that Niko had comparatively little screentime compared to Kate – making it less likely that he leaves on Wednesday.

Stephen Fry – murdered
As for the next murder, viewers fear that QI host and national treasure Stephen Fry might represent a dangerous threat for the Traitors.
‘I think Stephen Fry would be a good person to murder, because he has a lot of influence,’ said TheKnightsTippler on Reddit.
Kiddybus agreed, saying: ‘I think the slow pacing is due to the fact that they want to have Stephen Fry get as much screen time as possible. At the round table he was the most thoughtful and intelligent by a mile and I am 100% convinced he’s gone day 3.’
‘I think the upcoming murder could be it for him,’ said Own-Staff-2403.
‘I think you’re right about Stephen, nobody feels confident to accuse him, and if he floats a theory, people will listen – it makes sense for the Traitors to pick him off,’ lordaxxington wrote.

Celia Imrie – murdered
Another national treasure potentially facing the axe is Bridget Jones’s Diary star Celia Imrie, who has already proved herself a formidable figure since entering the castle.
Too formidable for her own good, perhaps?
‘I can see Celia getting murdered early – she’s got relatively more screentime, she has shown that she will suspect anyone and everyone during a conversation that included two traitors (Alan and Jonathon). She could randomly come up with a correct traitor name, and that would be it for the traitor in question,’ theorised snowylocks.
‘She seems pretty sharp tbh and I think she could be a threat. Id get rid of her asap before she can put her theory about any more,’ Hour-Cup-7629 chimed in.

Who else is in danger of murder?
While Stephen and Celia may seem like the most likely candidates for murder, the Traitors have no shortage of potential victims to pick from.
This includes Clare Balding, who has already questioned whether Alan might be playing them all with Paloma’s murder.
Could the Traitors kill Clare before she starts to prove a threat?

There are also the quieter members of the cast, like comedian Lucy Beaumont and rugby player Joe Marler.
With no one saying their names so far, they could be seen as an easy target by Traitors Alan, Jonathan Ross and Cat Burns.
Other potential victims include Ted Lasso star Nick Mohammed,
comedian Joe Wilkinson, historian David Olusoga, singer Charlotte Church, and actors Mark Bonnar and Ruth Codd.
Meanwhile, with Eastenders star Tameka Empson’s name already coming up as a potential Traitor and diver Tom Daley proving a true chaos agent, it’s unlikely that either will be murdered at this stage.

Will the Traitors be exposed?
With the Traitors only having committed one murder so far, Jonathan, Alan and Cat are largely flying under the radar.
However, Jonathan appeared to slip up in Wednesday’s episode, seemingly forgetting how he’d won a shield in the first challenge.
Writing on X, @feelingtrubbish said: ‘Can we talk about how Jonathan Ross just gave the game away by FORGETTING he has a shield #CelebrityTraitors.’
@RyanJL added: ‘Joe Marler 100% clocked this from Jonathan Ross and will bring up how suspicious it is that a ‘faithful’ would forget that they had shield, right? #CelebrityTraitors.’

There’s also the omnipresent threat of Traitor-vs-Traitor action – with Jonathan already stirring up trouble for Alan in Wednesday’s episode.
This came as he put Alan in an awkward spot by suggesting he say a few words at Paloma’s ‘funeral.’
Moiras_Wig_Wall on Reddit said: ‘Jonathan putting Alan forward for Paloma’s eulogy was diabolical and I love it.’
Raggedydocs added on X: ‘For a moment there I think Alan wished he could chuck Jonathan in one of those graves for throwing him under the bus like that’.
Could Jonathan be setting Alan up for a fall?
Celebrity Traitors returns next Wednesday at 9pm on BBC One and is available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
