Holly Willoughby is making a return to This Morning today after taking some time off after her co-host Phillip Schofield’s resignation.
Schofield quit This Morning after more than 20 years on May 20, and then resigned from ITV om May 26, after admitting to an affair with a younger colleauge.
Holly is expected to address her co-host’s deparature on air This Morning but who will she be joined with?
Here is all you need to know about today’s This Morning host, Josie Gibson.
Who is Josie Gibson?
Josie Gibson is a 38 year old tv personality from Bristol.
Josie Gibson rose to fame after winning the eleventh series of reality show Big Brother in 2010.
Later that same year, Josie took part in Ultimate Big Brother, an all stars version of the series featuring popular cast members from Big Brother and Celebrity Big Brother.
However, she walked out of the series after just three episodes.
Since winning Big Brother, Josie has landed a number of presenting roles and has appeared on numerous reality shows.
In 2011, she became a regular host on Channel 5 show Ok! TV, appearing on Thursday and when Jenny Frost was away.

In 2016, she appeared on Celebrity Dinner Date and in February 2017 she appeared on ski jump competition show The Jump, but was the first celebrity to be knocked out after she refused to attempt a ski jump.
In 2019, Josie she joined This Morning as a competition announcer and then from 2021 she became a presenter on the show, covering other contestants when they were on holiday.
Other shows that Josie has appeared on include Loose Women, Celebrity Juice and The Great British Bake Off, an extra slice.
Is Josie Gibson in a relationship?
Josie Gibson is currently single, after breaking up with her ex Terry, whom she shares her three-year-old son Reggie James with.
Earlier this year, Josie pranked fans by posting loved up snaps with ITV colleauge Sam Morter, before admitting that it was just a ‘joke’.
She said: ‘This has got out of hand. I’m still single…I couldn’t pull a cracker.’

Josie has said she enjoys single life, and is too scared to try dating apps.
She told The Sun: ‘I couldn’t do that dating apps because I haven’t got the minerals. I could not go and meet them.’
‘I just wouldn’t have the confidence to go and meet them if I didn’t know them, and I like to know people who know people.’
Could Josie Gibson permanently replace Phillip Schofield?
It has not yet been confirmed who will become the new permanent host of This Morning – however, since Josie has presented the show many times before, she is definitely on the cards.
Other favourites to take on the position are Alison Hammond and Dermot o’Leary, who have been presenting the show for the past two weeks, since Phillip’s resignation.
