It’s been a rather busy weekend for the Royal Family with King Charles III’s coronation.
The Prince and Princess of Wales – aka Prince William and Catherine, formerly known as Kate Middleton – have been at the forefront of the historic ceremony and celebratory events.
Over the last few days, we’ve seen the future King and Queen meeting fans, greeting world leaders and dignitaries – and bopping along to the coronation concert.
Here’s a list of every appearance or engagement they’ve had since coronation weekend kicked off.
Where have The Prince and Princess of Wales been on coronation weekend?
Friday, May 5
A day earlier on Thursday, May 4, Prince William and Catherine paid a visit to the Dog and Duck pub in Soho, London.
They also took a ride on the Elizabeth Line – where they said a quick hello to TikTok trainspotter Francis Bourgeois.

On the afternoon of Friday, May 5, Prince William and Catherine attended a Realm Governors General and Prime Ministers’ lunch at Buckingham Palace.
They were later seen along The Mall chatting, shaking hands and posing for selfies with well-wishers who’d turned out for the coronation, alongside King Charles.
In the evening, The Prince and Princess of Wales attended a reception at the Palace held for overseas guests.

The historic Coronation of Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla took place in Westminster Abbey on Saturday, May 6 – with celebrations continuing into the bank holiday Monday.

Catherine was snapped alongside US First Lady Dr Jill Biden and Ukraine’s First Lady Olena Zelenska, among other guests.
The couple’s Instagram page featured numerous photos from the event, with the caption: ‘Welcoming friends from across the Commonwealth and around the world ahead of tomorrow’s #Coronation.’
Saturday, May 6
On Saturday, May 6, The Prince and Princess of Wales attended The King’s coronation at Westminster Abbey – with Prince William playing an important role in the ceremony.
It began around 11am, and William and Catherine followed behind The King on entry to the Abbey with their children Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

Eldest son Prince George was a Page of Honour on the day, so he walked ahead with three other pages carrying The King’s coronation robes – rather than with his siblings.
Catherine wore a stunning ivory silk gown by Alexander McQueen beneath blue robes, as well as a striking Jess Collett x Alexander McQueen leaf headpiece in place of a tiara.
Fans were also quick to spot how The Princess paid tribute to the late Queen Elizabeth II and Diana, Princess of Wales with her jewellery choices.

Prince William then had an important role during the ceremony, pledging loyalty to his father in a brief statement and kissing his cheek.
After the ceremony finished, The Prince and Princess of Wales travelled from the Abbey to Buckingham Palace in the Diamond Jubilee State Coach, for The Coronation Procession.
At around 2.30pm(ish), they appeared on the Palace balcony for the Red Arrows flypast, alongside other royals.

Sunday, May 7
On the afternoon of Sunday, May 7, The Prince and Princess of Wales joined a Big Lunch in Windsor, Berkshire.
Ahead of the coronation concert that evening, the couple kept their looks casual in blazers and trainers as they enjoyed the community-focused party.

They were seen chatting to well-wishers, with Catherine giving a tearful young girl a hug.
At around 8pm, the Wales family – minus five-year-old Prince Louis – went to Windsor Castle for the coronation concert.
Catherine wore a red Alexander McQueen suit for the occasion, and the family was spotted bopping along to hits by performers Katy Perry, Take That and Lionel Richie.
After Lionel’s performance, Prince William took to the stage to pay tribute to his father in a touching speech, praising The King’s interest in environmentalism and youth support charity The Prince’s Trust.

Monday, May 8
On bank holiday Monday, The Prince and Princess of Wales are joining the ‘Big Help Out’ at a scouts hut in Slough, Berkshire.
William and Catherine, along with their three children, are spending time at the 3rd Upton Scouts Hut, where volunteers are currently working to renovate the building.
We’ve seen Prince Louis joining other youngsters in digging, Princess Charlotte trying her hand at painting, and Prince George using a power tool, before trying out some archery.

They are helping to reset a path, dig a new soakaway pit, sand and revarnish the front door, add planters to the front of the building, and brighten things up with a mural.
The Big Help Out encourages people to volunteer in their local community, and Slough isn’t too far from the family’s home in Windsor. The Princess of Wales is also Joint President of the Scouts.
