Barcelona and Real Madrid meet at the Camp Nou this evening in a crucial game in the La Liga title race.

Barca currently occupy the top of the league summit, nine points ahead of their fierce rivals in second place, and a win tonight will see them go 12 points clear with 12 games remaining.

However, a victory for Madrid would see them close the gap to just six points and blow the race for the title wide open.

Sunday’s game is the third El Clasico meeting of the season, with Los Blancos winning the reverse fixture back in October, whilst Barcelona have claimed the bragging rights in the Spanish Super Cup and Copa del Rey.

Here is what time Barcelona vs Real Madrid kicks-off and how you can watch it on TV and live stream in the UK.

What time does the game kick-off?

Barcelona vs Real Madrid will take place today (Sunday, March 19) at 8pm UK time.

How to watch Barcelona vs Real Madrid on TV and live stream

El Clasico will be shown live on Viaplay Sports 1, with coverage starting at 7.30pm.

Fans in the UK will be able to watch the game live on Viaplay, with subscribers able to live stream the action on the app.

Those without a Viaplay subscription can still watch the game by purchasing a monthly pass for £14.99.

    What is the team news?

Robert Lewandowski returned from injury to feature in Barcelona’s 1-0 win at Athletic Club, whilst Gavi was also returned to the starting XI after missing the previous league game through suspension.

Pedri has been struggling in recent weeks with a hamstring complaint but the talented midfieder looks set to be fit enough the mouthwatering encounter.

This evening’s match will come too soon for the injured Ousmane Dembele, however, who has been out of action for Xavi’s side for over six weeks.

As for the away team, Carlo Ancelotti will once again be without David Alaba, who injured his hamstring in the 5-2 win over Liverpool in the Champions League last month.
