West Ham star Jarrod Bowen has revealed he is modelling his game on Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka and Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah.
Bowen has registered 11 goals and seven assists this season and spoke about his biggest influences ahead of Thursday’s Europa Conference League semi-final.
The Hammers face AZ Alkmaar as they look to become the second-ever winners of the competition after Jose Mourinho’s Roma lifted the trophy last term.
Bowen, 26, who has four caps for England, has been inspired by fellow wingers Saka and Salah and their respective success at Arsenal and Liverpool.
Quizzed about which players he is currently modelling his game on, Bowen said: ‘I still think Salah.
‘He has scored 30 goals, and people still say he is having a bad season. I think for the numbers he has produced consistently since he has been in the Premier League, he is still up there.
‘But I also think Bukayo as well at Arsenal. I had the honour of playing with him for England and I saw how good he was.

‘This season he has been phenomenal. Those two are the ones for me for the numbers they produce and the quality they play with.’
Bowen’s West Ham team-mate Declan Rice, meanwhile, may be on his way to Arsenal in the summer.
The Gunners are strongly linked with a move for Rice although they are currently not matching West Ham’s valuation of the player.
